The Flat

The Flat occupies the lower ground floor of Fell House, and has its own parking space and front door in a small lane leading off Howgill Lane.

The Flat has one large bedroom, and on its own is suitable for a couple or a small family, or four very good friends! You should be aware that the floor between The House and The Flat is of wooden construction and although we have had sound proofing fitted, there is the possibility of disturbance from occupants of the lounge in The House if you retire to bed early.

As we want to extend a welcome to allergy sufferers, we would ask you not to smoke anywhere inside Fell House and regret that pets cannot be accommodated.
