Entrance

There is a car parking space immediately outside the door to The Flat, which has no garden.

On entering The Flat, the entrance hall has a large cupboard containing the Washing Machine/Dryer and further storage space. Off this entrance hall are three doors. The one directly ahead is the door to the stairwell that runs the height of Fell House. This door is normally kept locked, but will be opened if the occupants of both The Flat and The House want it to be.

To the right is the Kitchen and Living Room, to the left the Bedroom and en-suite Shower Room.
